為增進國內對「IP位址相關政策與制定程序」瞭解，以促進我國網際網路基礎建設之發展，建立一個網路討論社群與機制，共同參與台灣與亞太地區網際網路IP位址/ASN政策討論與制定，TWNIC將於93年11月24日舉辦「第三屆TWNIC
IP 政策暨資源管理會議」。在這個會議中，任何人對於現行IP/ASN 發放的政策有意見，或是新的建議，都歡迎提出討論。會議中的決議案甚至可能成為台灣、亞太地區乃至全球共同遵循的政策。期望透過此會議的定期舉辦，可使IP/ASN相關政策制定的過程公開而透明，加速國內網際網路的發展。
本次會議APNIC除將派員報告及指導外，並將於會議前一天 (11月23日)舉辦「網路資源管理研習營 (APNIC
Training –"Internet Resource management Essentials
" )」，與國內ISP及網路業者分享有效管理網際網路資源的方法。
